Automation projects vary — simple workflows can be live in days, complex multi-system integrations take 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in your proposal.
What does a bespoke app cost?+
Bespoke applications typically start from £15,000 and scale with complexity. Ai9 platform setups start from £2,500 setup plus a monthly retainer from £289. Automation projects are typically priced per workflow or as a fixed project. We don't publish prices for bespoke work because every project is different — but we will always give you a clear, fixed quote before any work starts.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?+
No. Part of what we do is translate your business requirements into technical decisions you don't need to understand deeply. You describe what you want the product to do — we handle the how. We'll explain our thinking in plain language at every stage and flag anything that matters for you to know.
Will I own the code and the product?+
Yes. Everything we build for you is yours. You own the code, the intellectual property, the AWS infrastructure, and the domain. We don't lock you in. If you want to take the product to a different developer after we've built it, you have everything you need to do that.
Can you work with the Ai9 CRM platform if we already use a CRM?+
Yes. We can work with your existing Ai9 CRM platform to audit, clean up, and rebuild your setup — or we can configure a fresh sub-account under your agency account. We'll assess your current setup on the discovery call and recommend the cleanest path forward.
What ongoing support do you provide after launch?+
All clients receive post-launch support as standard — bug fixes, server monitoring, and operational queries are covered for the first 30 days. Beyond that, we offer ongoing retainer packages that include regular updates, new features, and priority support. We also stay available for ad-hoc work for clients we've built for, even without a retainer in place.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?+
Yes, though the majority of our clients are UK-based. We work remotely with clients across Europe and beyond. All discovery calls, check-ins, and reviews are conducted via video call. Time zone differences are manageable for most projects — we'll flag any constraints when we speak.
